IM Academy CEO and Co-founder Christopher Terry recently hosted an exclusive event for IM Academy students. As part of an event he dubbed an “educational mastermind,” Terry invited three well-known inspirational speakers: Bob Proctor, Alex Morton, and David Imonitie.

Proctor is both a motivational speaker and author of New York Times bestseller You Were Born Rich; Morton is an entrepreneur and author of Dorm Room to Millionaire; and Imonitie is the founder of Believe Nation, a motivational group. Each of the speakers spoke at length about the secrets behind their most successful habits and principles.

The theme of the 60-minute educational event was Think and Grow Rich author Napoleon Hill’s “Mastermind Principle.” Put simply, the theory is the belief that when two minds come together to work on something—from a project to an enterprise—they collectively create a third mind. The entire event took place virtually as a webinar and saw Terry, Proctor, Morton, and Imonitie hold a spirited roundtable discussion about how students can accelerate their careers using IM Academy’s resources.

“I am constantly investing into myself in so many ways,” said IM Academy CEO Terry during the virtual event. “When I was younger, I was willing to invest in myself and go through the struggles to associate with, and rub shoulders with, the people [who] can make me better.”

He went on to describe one of the theories that he had learned from Proctor. “Bob taught me the Law of Assumption. Assume the energy, the emotion, that you have it already. When you do that, you change your vibration, which ultimately changes your point of attraction, and you begin to attract the image that you want.”

After hearing Terry’s words, Proctor elaborated on his theory by saying: “Assumption is believing something’s true without any proof.” The experts shared this valuable advice with a plethora of students via the webinar.

We talked about frequencies, changing your vibration, and how to improve your self-image,” said Terry when closing the webinar. “So much value was shared, and Bob, I just want to say thank you for sharing this information with us and teaching us how to get into the vibration necessary to attract what we want.”
